Here's how to get your filtered Spam emails to go into your "Junk" or "Spam Box" in Outlook or Outlook Express
(to avoid the need to check your Spam Box in StarMail)
These steps were taken from the current version of Outlook Express (6.00.2900.2180) on Windows XP and Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2. The exact steps may vary slightly on other versions.

Once a user takes these steps, they MUST CALL STARTOUCH TECH SUPPORT to have their account settings adjusted to not use a Spam folder on the StarTouch server (StarMail Program). Spam messages will then be tagged and go into their Inbox. The email program will move them into a local folder on their machine.

StarTouch Technical support is available M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
