Two Basic Business Service Levels to Choose From

	Basic - 1.0 Mbps (Non WiMax) $99.99 per month service fee. $349.00 *basic set-up fee. 30 Gigs of monthly throughput. 2 Basic email accounts included.			Advanced - 2.0 Mbps (Non WiMax) $199.99 per month service fee. $349.00 *basic set-up fee. 60 Gigs of monthly throughput included. 4 Basic email accounts included.

 

Wireless Internet Service Plan Details:

• No modem fees or monthly taxes.
• Static IP Addresses are available for additional fees.
• Additional Gigs beyond what is a part of your selected package are billed @ $1.85 each .
• Minimum 1-year service term. Monthly 10% discount available for 2-year term.
• Basic set-up fee is $349.00 for 1.0Mbps and 2.0Mbps service levels only.
• Basic set-up fee includes placement of standard antenna & radio, cabling from the antenna to the initial point of entry in the building (up to 200 feet), wall plate, and 10-foot jumper (extension) cable. Additional, optional items include:

  • Extended Network Radio & Antenna - $99.00 (Western Washington Only)
  • 3-foot tripod for additional height - $99.00
  • 5-foot tripod for additional height - $175.00
  • 10-foot tripod for additional height - $250.00
  • Additional jumper cables in varying lengths are available for purchase on day of connection to reach further into the building. Custom cabling for your office building or home is available. Please ask for a quote.

• Initial service term selected (one or two years) renews automatically on anniversary date for additional one-year term unless cancelled as provided for in the Master Agreement.
• Subscribers must agree to abide by StarTouch's Acceptable Use Policy
• All equipment remains the sole property of StarTouch, Inc. unless specifically indicated.
• Service Level Agreements (SLA's) available ONLY with 3Mbps service levels or higher. Monthly fee for SLA's is equal to 10% of monthly service fee.

  Service is not guaranteed until a site evaluation has been performed which is required in many cases. Site evaluations will not be conducted without a completed order form for services, including form of payment. Orders will be voided if no service is found to be available.
