Basic set-up fee includes placement of standard antenna & radio, cabling from the antenna to the initial point of entry in the building (up to 100 feet), wall plate, and 10-foot jumper (extension) cable. Additional, optional items include:
- 3-foot tripod for additional height - $99.00
- 5-foot tripod for additional height - $175.00
- 10-foot tripod for additional height - $250.00
- Additional cable is $1.00 per foot.

Initial service term selected renews automatically on anniversary date for additional one-year term unless cancelled as provided for in the Master Agreement.

Service Level Agreements (SLA's) available. Monthly fee for SLA's is equal to 10% of monthly service fee.
Service is not guaranteed until a site evaluation has been performed which is required in many cases. Site evaluations will not be conducted without a completed order form for services, including form of payment. Orders will be voided if no service is found to be available.
