For customers requiring on-site equipment upgrades, the applicable basic set-up fee of $149.00 or $169.00 will apply.

*Basic set-up fee includes antenna & radio placement of standard equipment, up to 100 feet of cabling from the antenna to the initial point of entry in the home, wall plate, and 10-foot jumper cable. (Additional jumper cables, custom cabling, high-gain antennas for extended network, masts or personal tower sections for increased height, etc., available for additional charge.)

• Additional jumper cables in varying lengths are available for purchase on day of connection to reach further into the building. Custom cabling for your home is available. Please ask for a quote.

Service is not guaranteed until a site evaluation has been performed which is required in most cases for Western Washington locations. Site evaluations and appointments for service installation will not be conducted without a completed Order Form for services, including form of payment. Orders will be voided if no service is found to be available.
