Northwest Washington Fairgrounds

StarTouch Broadband Services is pleased to announce that we are offering vendors and guests high-speed wireless Internet to keep in touch and make the most of their experience at all Fairground events throughout the year.

    • Download Your Documents, Brochures, Order Forms, etc!

Take the office with you by selecting from any one of the following three programs while you're at the Fairgrounds:

  • One-Week Service $39.95 (USD) - Use the service for (7) days from the first login. You have (7) days from when you login to use the service before your user name & password expire.
  • Three-Day Plan $24.95 (USD) - Use the service for 72 hours from the first login. You have 72 hours from when you first login to use the service before your user name & password expire.
  • Daily Plan- 24 hours of Usage: $10.95 (USD) - Use the service for 24 hours. You have 24 hours from when you first  login to use the service before your user name & password expire.

 

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for your convenience. Login details are available in the Fairgrounds main office.

Your computer must be "wireless ready" to use our system with a wireless device in your laptop or computer. Please contact our technical support department if you have questions about your computer's compatibility.

The wi-fi service at the Fairgrounds is considered "best effort" and is not guaranteed to be suitable for all functions such as video and audio streaming, VPN's, and any other type of specialty usage.  Many things affect a user's ability to connect or obtain optimal speeds including the strength of the computer's wireless cards, and location within the fairgrounds and general surroundings.  

For mission-critical applications please contact StarTouch technical staff in advance for a consultation and any special arrangements that may be necessary to provide a dedicated connection for your use. Additional fees will apply. Technical assistance is available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 1-888-733-0203.
