Your computer must be "wireless ready" to use our system with a wireless device in your laptop or computer. Please contact our technical support department if you have questions about your computer's compatibility. Instruction sheets for using the wireless system at the Fairgrounds will also be available in the Fair's main office.
The wi-fi service at the Fairgrounds is considered "best effort" and is not guaranteed to be suitable for all functions such as video and audio streaming, VPN's, and any other type of specialty usage. Many things affect a user's ability to connect or obtain optimal speeds including the strength of the computer's wireless cards, and location within the fairgrounds and general surroundings.
For mission-critical applications please contact StarTouch technical staff in advance for a consultation and any special arrangements that may be necessary to provide a dedicated connection for your use. Additional fees will apply. Technical assistance is available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 1-888-733-0203.
