To preserve the emails currently on your computer BEFORE updating account information to restore service, please follow the instructions on the following link to backup what is currently on your computer.  StarTouch Tech Support will help you determine if you will need to backup your files before adding the updated account information.  If you are using IMAP, you will want to backup your email before proceeding with updating your account password.

How to Export Outlook to a .pst file

Once you have backed up your Outlook, you can update your password to begin receiving emails again.

After you have updated your password and have confirmed it is working, you will need to import your backed up Outlook information back into Outlook.  Choose the version of Outlook you are using from the link below for instructions on how to import your information and emails.
