IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
UPDATED PAYMENT OPTIONS & FEES

Dear StarTouch Customer,
Effective July 1, 2018, StarTouch Broadband Services will begin assessing a convenience fee on all credit card transactions.
This change will affect customers who are presently paying their monthly bill “automatically” with a credit card as well as those customers who make credit card payments over the telephone. The convenience fee will be added as a separate line item to monthly invoices and/or receipts for payment. The first monthly automatic credit card billing date subject to this fee will be on
July 20th, 2018.
The credit card transaction convenience fee structure will be:
$3.00 for each transaction that is $99.99 or less
$5.00 for each transaction between $100.00 and $299.99
$7.00 for transactions $300.00 or more
How to Avoid the Convenience Fee:
1. Pay electronically via ACH (Automated Clearing House) using the link located at the bottom of each emailed monthly invoice. Automatic payments may be set up with this ACH method through your bank.
2. Paying by check. Please send payments to:

If you are currently a customer set up for automatic credit card billing and wish to avoid paying the convenience fee, please contact our billing office to make other payment arrangements before July 18th, 2018, at 888-733-0203, ext. 100, or 360-543-5679, ext. 100.
For timely notification, this notice is being sent electronically to all StarTouch customers three separate times during the month of June, 2018. Hard copies of this letter will also be sent via USPS to all customers who presently pay by credit card on an automatic basis. A grace period of thirty days or one billing cycle will be provided to correct any oversights, miscommunications or billing errors that may occur relating to the convenience fee.
